About 5 weeks ago The Inside of North Curry Church, Somerset.. Whilst waiting for an Engagement Session, I nipped inside and took a look.. what a fantastic structure it is.
The building dates from 1300 or so and replaces an earlier church on the site. The first vicar that we know was Richard De Tregoz in 1234, although ‘Charter 15’ from the Wells Cathedral Archives dated 1199 refers to North Curry Church. Through the centuries it has been both modified and repaired with a major restoration being carried out in the 1880s under Oldrid Scott.

Building work is well under-way at the old station yard in Taunton, with the new modern flats being built alongside the long derelict railway siding building.... Its my understanding that it's a listed building and cannot be removed. maybe spruce it up a bit and clear out the pigeons perhaps!!!

About 13 weeks ago Goodnight Mr Sun!!

Yup it's going to be raining again for the next few days but it was nice while you were here, don't be a stranger and come back soon!!!

I caught this as the sun was going down over an Oil-Seed Rape Field, I nipped out of the car and took the opportunity... just for you :)

About 11 weeks ago I got up at 4:30am to capture this shot, as its pretty much the only time you get no traffic, especially with the roadworks at the moment.

The sun was shining a glorious golden colour and helped light it in the early morning.. It's all gone very grey outside since

About 10 weeks ago The Things I do......
to get a great image!! This morning I got up at 4am to catch the sunrise. I chose a lovely spot overlooking the River Tone as it flows out of the town, towards the old market (on the left) soon to be the Firepool Development site, re-energising this end of the town after the market closed quite a few years ago now..

Anyway hope you like it..

About 3 weeks ago So here we are 3 years later and what have we learnt?

I've learnt soooooooo much from you bunch of flippin amazing individuals from right across the world.. from the very first day with +Amir Fish and my first hangout with +Seth Goldstein it's been on heck of a ride.

I recall the day way back on June 29th 2011 when I got the email with my invite to this platform. I was sceptical of course after Google's last attempt at a social network.. but I jumped in and instantly connected with so many fascinating people, some of whom I have allowed into "the Circle of friends" ha ha..

I miss the days of hanging out for hours on end with +Mike Downes +Harold Carey Jr +Justin Hill and +Shawn Holster why is it sooo damn hard now to find a hangout +chee chew.

Times change and people move on like +Vic Gundotra and +Natalie Villalobos and now we have +Dave Besbris guiding us to the future (what plans has he up his sleeves??)

Well here we go name and
